Pre-designed plans are a great starting point — but if yours needs something different, our in-house studio can modify an existing plan or start with a clean slate.

Create a new ADU by adding on to your existing home — often onto an existing garage. Additions come in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations depending on your lot, house size and layout. Each has its own entrance, kitchen and sleeping area, and our pre-designed options adapt to specific lots to save time and cost.

If your garage is undersized or has a unique condition, we’ll evaluate design options to meet your needs — including enlarging the floor area or adding a sleeping loft.

Build your ADU design
Already working with an architect, or have a completed design? We can build it. We’ll coordinate with your design team to expedite plan check and permitting, and get a head start on utility coordination.
