When space is at a premium, our studios deliver open, flexible living with efficient kitchen and bath layouts. A natural fit for a small home, guest house, private office or pool house.

400–800 sq ft
A budget-friendly option for owners who want a relatively small home with a separate bedroom. Efficient footprints fit lots with limited area — or leave more of your yard open.

Two bedroom
700–1,000 sq ft
Our single-story plan offers open living and kitchen space with two bedrooms and two baths — ideal for single-level living. Two-story versions have a smaller footprint for tighter lots.

~1,200 sq ft
Our largest plans: three bedrooms, two and a half baths, in one- and two-story versions. Open living, kitchen and dining, a primary suite with private bath, and secondary bedrooms with generous closets — great for larger households or maximizing rental income.

Not ready to give up the garage? Keep it and add living space above. Studio and one-bedroom plans sit over a two-car garage; a larger two-bedroom plan sits over a three-car garage. Internal or external staircase.
